At a wedding, pastry does not simply arrive at the end as dessert. It is part of the setting, the rhythm of the celebration and one of those moments that remain in memory and in photographs.
Paola has dedicated more than twelve years to pastry. Her journey between Colombia and Spain, her Professional Pastry training at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid and her experience in different pastry and restaurant projects have shaped a clear approach that she also brings to weddings and events: flavour, structure, proportion and aesthetics have to work together.
Her experience with these celebrations allows her to approach each project as a whole. A multi-tier cake, a long sharing piece or a more contemporary composition can work with the flowers, table, colours and style of the event without losing sight of what matters most: every bite should live up to the occasion.
